Single Server enabler for backup 5.2 under 4.0e

I recently installed OS 4.0e and Backup 5.2. The evaluation license
on backup just expired. Now backup will not work. How do I set it up
for single server, which is included in the Digital Unix license? Is
there an enabler code I need, and if so, where do I get it?
