We just saw an HSZ controller failure, and DECevent actually initiated
a service call, and notified me as well. In the notification msg,
I realized I may have given the wrong number in the SICL/DECevent profile
info. The msg says:
A System Initiated Service Call is being attempted in order to log this call
with the Digital Customer Support Center (CSC). If you do not receive a
call log number within 30 minutes please contact the CSC directly.
DIGITAL SERVICES PHONE: [I put our own support number here]
Anyone know what number they want when they talk about DIGITAL
SERVICES PHONE?
