does anybody know the difference between the different versions of the patchkit

First kit checksums (on patchserver since xx Feb)

Now kit checksums (on patchserver since 18 Mar)
duv40das00003-19990208.tar 09981 58794
duv40das00003-19990208.pdf 53843 139
Do I have to reapply the kit ?
Why do the checksums change but the name is the same?
