Hi,
I'm thinking about replacing my ZLXp-E2 card by an ELSA Gloria Synergy
which seems to be a very good and cheap graphics option currently
available for Digital Unix. However, the ZLXp-E2 has a feature which I'm
not sure is available on the ELSA card as well: Multiple PseudoColor
visuals. This is quite handy to run multiple color intensive programs
simultaneously which cannot easily converted to use TrueColor or
DirectColor visuals.
To check the number of PseudoColor visuals available, a command like this
can be used:
csh> xdpyinfo -display :0.0 | grep Pseudo
class: PseudoColor
class: PseudoColor
class: PseudoColor
This is for my ZLXp-E2 which supports three PseudoColor visuals
simultaneously.
So my question: Can anyone please run the above command on a machine with
an ELSA Gloria Synergy and tell me the result? It helps me to decide
whether or not to switch graphics cards.
Thanks // Tom
