SUMMARY: help compiling xanim 2.80.1

Thanks to the following I was able to get 'xanim' to compile cleanly.

Seems there is a MultiMedia Services Development Kit (MMEDEV242) that lives on the
Software Product Library disk #2 that includes the needed '.h' files. This subset
requires a separate license - MMS-DK or MMS-DK-USER.

I loaded the subset and the compile proceeded without further problems.
