Hello managers
I have seen a few questions like mine in the archives, but cannot find a
satisfactory solution. While running defrag, the following messages are
reported:

The same block has been reported consistently over the last few days,
always while defragment is running.
Is this hardware or software corruption? Is is something that should be
fixed?
verify reports NO errors
