Thanks to:

Thomas Strandenaes
    Who gave me the commands: /usr/sbin/uerf -R -r 300 | more - for hardware
                                                /usr/sbin/setld -i - for software
                                                /usr/sbin/lmf list - for licenses
Amy Skowronek
In addition to the above command: setld
She added the GUI command: dxsysinfo - for hardware
Gene Heater
For adding a the grep to setdl: setld -i | grep installed
And for the console command: show fru - for hardware
Nick Hill
In addition to the above command: lmf
He added the console command: show dev - for hardware
Kenny Chang
In addition to the above commands: uerf, lmf, & setld
He added the command: sizer (I found the -n option most helpful) - for hardware
Richard Bemrose
For quite a bit more information, even more than I asked for.
In addition to the above commands: dxsysinfo, & console command: show
He added the commands: diskconfig - Manages disk device configurations
checklist - Helps configure the system
The console command options: show mem, & show config
And some third party utilities: lsof - list open files
                                                lslk - list locked files
(although he didn't mention from which 3rd party these last two were available from.)
Oisin McGuinness
In addition to the above commands: uerf, lmf(with the list full option), & setld(with the grep)
He added the source code for the command: tiptoe - for hardware
(Originally written by Alan Rollow at DEC, and modified by him to include CPU info.)

Having done a complete installation of a DEC 3000 to Tru64 UNIX V4.0B, I was aware of some of the commands listed above. But I thank everyone above for the new ones I learned today.
