SUMMARY Software Product Library Documentation

Thanks to Dr. Blinn who pointed in the right direction.

What's in the bookshelf files is mixed case. Bookreader converts
the case before printing the message.

What's required is:

   /usr/share/doclib/ODL/U99Q1_1

in place of:

   /usr/share/doclib/odl/u99q1_1

Simple fix is to change the case on the two intermediate level directories.
