FYI: 4.0D PK3 crontab bug

My site has found a bug in crontab -e which has been confirmed by Compaq.
Basically, when you use crontab with the "-e [username]" flag, the cron
daemon isn't HUP'd. So far, we've only verified the problem in DU 4.0D PK3
(0208).
