[Q] - RAID Solutions

My department is looking at implementing some kind of RAID setup. I'm
not exactly sure at which level. We have the following Storage Works
drives:

1 DS-RZ1CB-VW 4.3GB
8 DS-RZ1DB-VW 9.1GB
1 DS-RZ1DF-VW 9.1GB
1 DS-RZ1EF-VW 18.2GB

Obviously we will want some kind of Storage Works solution. We
are looking for expandability and redundancy. What kind of solutions
do people recommend and what can we do with the drives we already have?
