Yaacov Fenster fenster_at_zk3.dec.com {

  Yes it will. Either the patches themselves or better and updated
  versions.

Davis Davis_at_Tessco.Com {

  The ssrt and custom patches are built based on a particular "build
  level" ie, base os release or patch kit. In the cases you mentioned, you
  /must/ install pk1 before installing the individual patches. If you
  install the individual patches first dupatch will complain and if you
  baseline using dupatch and continue the pk1 install it will overwrite
  the individual patches.
}

Keith Piepho kap_at_uakron.edu {

  Generally, these individual patches should specify what their
  requirements are. For example, I believe that the v40e_mup01 required
  duv40eas00001 to be installed first. However, I could only find this
  requirement in the v40e_mup01.readme file on the ftp server, not in the
  readme file within v40e_mup01.tar. These things could be better
  documented.
