I received one answer from Peter Reynolds [PReynolds_at_synstar.com], who said
the only Alpha-system he knew of that had a Y2K-problem was the 4000 series
(which fails to recognize the year 2000 as a leap year). As long as I keep
my firmware and OS version up to date (Unix 4.0D etc) I should not have a
problem.
