Urgent:critical problem

Hi all,
    we have an advfs domain with 12 disks that is not accessible.

    with the verify command we have this output: "verify -f
domain_name"
          E_DOMAIN_NOT_ACTIVATED 1067
          The file domain is not active; it must be active to perform
the requested function.

    there is no IO error on disks.

    how can we activate this domain without losing data?

    this is critical system, and i don't have a recent backup of this
domain (~ 90 Go).

    unix version: 4.0B
    ASE version: 1.4a
    any idea will be usefull
