slow backup usig nsr

I need some help with the networker. We are running DU4.0D and two tape drives
tz88. The network card 100Mbs.The nsr server has 5 clients backing up a
filesystem. It is currently slow making backup. Could somebody tell me how and
where to look. How do I see the throuhput of the scsi, tape drive, network. And
could suggest how to make it faster?
