Problems with Digital Unix and Progress Client-Server

I am using Digital unix 4.0d and progress with a client server system.
When I have more than 30 users connected to my system, I receive a
message:

"The server or the system has no more resources, please try a larger -n"

I tried to increase my shared memory resources and my Progress
parameters, but it didn't solve the problem.

Can you help me?
