HP LJ 4M+ printing

Hi Managers,

I have a problem with lpr and spool. When there is more than one file in the spool at the same time, the first file is well printing but the others aren't. The spool is "emptied". I know this problem has showed up a few times before. I archived a summary from earlier, but we are using serial port printing which is different with the solutions listed in summary.

My precisions:
My machine: AlphaServer 1200 OSF Unix 3.2G
My printer: HP LaserJet 4MPlus
