We have an HP Laser jet 4000 connected by a serial connection to a
Decserver 550. We have the printcap entry set as follows:

AWDLTR|awdltr|lp6|6:\
        :af=/usr/adm/lp6acct:\
        :br#38400:\
        :ct=lat:\
        :fc#0177777:\
        :fs#03:\
        :if=/usr/lbin/pcfof +Cgeneric_text.pcf:\
        :lf=/usr/adm/lp6err:\
        :lp=/dev/lat/626:\
        :mx#0:\
        :pl#88:\
        :pw#128:\
        :rw:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd6:\
        :sf:\
        :sh:\
        :xc#0177777:\
        :xf=/usr/lbin/xf:\
        :xs#044000:\
        :Op=P64-AWDLTR:\
        :Ts=DSV550:

As you can see we have the page length set to 88 lines. We have also
the printer to 88 lines so that we can do 8 lines per inch. No matter
what we try we only get 66 lines to print. Any ideas as to how to fix
this one?
