activating mtools-manpages

Hi Gurus,

I´m using mtools on TRU64unix V4.0E. Unfortunately I can't use the
manpages. By checking the directory-tree, I found
/usr/share/man/man1/mtools.1.gz
Adding this line to $MANPATH didn't work. Any ideas to solve this
problem are very welcome.
