In order to update the firmware on an old 3800 the firware book says you
should enable the jumpers on the roms (system and i/o). The owners manual
does not cover the location of these jumpers and the DEC tech docs site
does not seem to have any suitable manual on file. Has anybody knowledge
of how to locate and set these for firware update please? If you have a
pic of the board in question that would also be appreciated.
