Well I guess I came up with one that stumped most of the list (I'm
surprised). I only got one reply from Dr. Tom Blinn.
He said that it wasn't normal, and it sounded like I'm messing the
/var/adm/cron/.proto file. I did see a #.mrg...proto in that
directory. After I added that file with the contends that Dr. Blinn
suggested everything worked as documented.
