GS140 Logical Partitions in DU4.0F: will an upgraded AS8400 work also?

Hi-

  The DU4.OF release notes indicate that a GS140 with EV6 processors
is currently the only model that logical partitions are supported for.

  Will an AS8400 qualify if it's processors are upgraded to EV6s, or
are there other hardware restrictions as well?
