Hello there,

First of all thank you to the following people who responded so quickly
to my query:

        Bill David
        William H. Magill
        Rolf Steinberg
        esci

esci suggested that I install Ghostscript and a2ps. This I am
investigating in the long term. However it was the script kindly
provided by Bill David that I am currently using. It works very well.
