TLZ09 firmware upgrade

Hi Manager's

i have the problem that this TLZ09 went OFFLINE after a error occured. Service
told me, to make a firmware upgrade.
Unfortunately we don't hava a service contract for this TLZ09 (the machine
which the TLZ09 is in it, has warranty until may-2000).

Did anyone know how to do this?
