HSZ70 - How do you switch a raidset disk with a spareset disk?

I have a dual-redundant HSZ70 controller with a bunch of raidsets and 2
disks in my spareset. Awhile back a disk in one of my raidsets failed but,
as advertised, one of the spareset disks jumped right in and the failure
was completely seamless. DEQ came out and replaced the bad disk, which is
now back in my spareset.

The only problem is that I would like to put the new disk (which is now in
my spareset) into the raidset. The reason for this has to do with the way
my disks are organized into raidsets combined with the fact that my ES10000
cabinet does not have the redundant power option. Basically if I were to
experience a power failure on one of my shelves it could now take out 2
disks in one of my raidsets and I'd be hosed.

So, .... is there any way to (easily and safely) do this?

Many thanks,

Chris
