SUMMARY: firmware upgrade for TLZ09

Hi managers,

there were some responses which tells me that i need a service contract for
upgrade or i have to buy a tape with this upgrade on it.
The upgrade took two minutes by inserting the firmware tape. After 2 minutes
it would eject - that's all.
