I didn't get any replies.
The answer(s) are:
1.a) At the SRM console type: set password= (DO NOT PRESS RETURN)
1.b) Reset the system
Another option is
2.a) There is a set of switches on the left side of the mother board
(facing the from of the station), under the video card.
2.b) Pins 1 and 2 have to be set to ON
(NOTE: You will have to manually set OS type, boot device, etc...
after doing this)
