forceing DECnet/OSI to create world read / writeable files by default.

Hello OpenVMS and Tru64 Unix managers -

I have a directory that is written to by DECnet/OSI and others. When a
file is copied into that directory the file must be world (or other)
readable, and write able.

At one time this was the case, but now that we've gone through several
up grades, the files come in as Owner: read write, Group: Read, and
Other (World): Read. The end result is I get a phone call at 3:00 AM.

The system is a Tru64 Unix 4.0e with DECnet/OSI 4.0b. I cross posted
this to the OpenVMS group because the files start from our OpenVMS 6.2
system and are copied via DECnet/OSI (DECnet) to the True64Unix System.

The DCL copy /protection verb isn't working in this case.

Thank you for your time.
