Is the KZPBA-CA (Qlogic 1040) the only supported SCSI adapter
in the 433au? What about Intraserver cards with Symbios chipset,
the KZPAA with NCR810 chipset or even clones with NCR8xx chipsets?
The reason I am asking is that I see sporadic SCSI bus resets
on both a NCR810 clone and a NCR875 clone in our 433au. The only
device connected is a DLT4000 tape drive and the bus resets
only occur under load (eg. running a tape job).
It could be a cabling problem and I will try to use other cables,
but what I would like to know is if somebody successfully used a
SCSI adapter with Symbios chipsets in a PWS433au (or 500au, 600au).
Thanks
Dirk Hufnagel
