rdump

I have recently upgraded my cluster to 4.0E. Since that time
I have gotten the following error messages when trying to do rdump:

rdump 0uf strange:/dev/nrmt3h /
Permission denied.
permission denied
rdump: Cannot establish connection to remote rmt command
rmthost(): rcmd(): No such file or directory
Terminated

or

rdump 0uf truth:/dev/nrmt1h /
Permission denied.
permission denied
rdump: Cannot establish connection to remote rmt command
rmthost(): rcmd(): Address already in use
Terminated

Both of the tape drives in question work fine when they are accessed locally.
I suspect there
is something wrong with the /etc/services file that I have to fix,
but I don't know what.

Any help is appreciated.
