Tru cluster ASE error messages in user.log file

Hi Admins/Managers,

We has two DEC ALPHA 4100 Servers running with DU4.0D ,Trucluster ASE .
Both servers are working fine .
The following messages appered in
/var./adm/syslog.dated/<date>/user.log.
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Info: Cluster configured for TruCluster
Available Server operations
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Notice: No TRACT server on target host
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Error: hookUpServer: can't make socket!
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Error: server connect attempt failed!
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Error: event subscription failed!
May 14 01:06:15 GIS postDevErr: Error: can not init tract library.

What could be the reason? Can any one help me in this regard.
