Problems with sudo

Greetings,

I'm trying to setup SUDO for the first time and I'm having some problems getting
the sudoers file setup correctly. I'm running DUNIX V4.0D with CU Sudo version
1.5.8.

I'm trying to grant a single user the rights to execute two commands on the
local node without having to type in any password. I've tried various
combinations of things in the sudoers file but I get either a syntax error and
rejected by 'visudo' or I get this: Sorry, sudo must be setuid root.

Can't figure out what's wrong. Any help or examples would be appreciated.
Thanx,
