FTP and Printing problem !!!!

Hi Managers:

Last weekend we upgraded our Mission Critical AlphaServer 8x00 (3) from
Tru64unix 3.2g to Tru64unix 4.0d.
We have 14 communications channel (clear channel 64K) with 14 different
cities. With 8 of these we had been ftp problems and remote printing
problems, because the files bigger 100k don´t arrive to remote site, but
when we use contingency communication ( PPP connection by phone line) files
arrive to remote site.

We are test all our channels, our router, our switch and we don´t find
anathin wrong.

Someone has any idea,,,, please help us...
