LMS volume concatenation

I'm using LSM to concatenate a number of discs in order to obtain partition
sizes larger than possible with a single disc. Everything has been working
fine up until this point but this morning I booted the server after being down
for the weekend and it failed. When I do a voldctl enable I get the error

voldctl: enable failed: Error in disk group configuration copies

everything in /etc/vol/volboot looks fine, I can not see anything in the
binary error log and all the devices in /dev/ look good. Can someone shed
some light on this for me?

Thanks in advance!!
