The procedure is put the following line in gettydefs file
(/etc/gettydefs).

The line is:

default# B9600 # B9600 #\n#default

Display only "login: "

or:

default# B9600 HUPCL CS8 CLOCAL IXON OPOST ONLCR # B9600 SANE IXANY
 TAB3 CLOCAL #\r\n%h\r\n\r\n\r\n\r#default (Note: Is a single line)

when %h display the hostname. Or you can modify the message in this
field.
