FTP account creation

I need to create a few ftp accounts for users that will log them into a
specific directories, allow them to create and move to sub-directories,
but not allow them to back out of their login directory. Any assistance
is appreciated. I checked the archives and found a similar question, but
couldn't find a summary.

I'm running DU 4.0D with C2 security on alpha 4000
