SUMMARY: ADVFS filesystem reports out of space, but isn't

I was all set to remove the domain and rebuild it. I decided to
let it sit overnight as it wasn't deathly imperitive to have it
repaired yesterday...

It's working just fine today. I am at a complete loss as to what
happened. Yesterday, it wasn't writable, today... it is. So,
instead of summarizing what I did, I'll just report on what I got
for ideas.

Most suggestions after knowing that I did not have defragment installed
were to whack the domain and recreate. I was also going to up the
extents to make sure that wasn't going to ever be a problem again:

        mkfdmn -x 256 -p 7200 /dev/rz0g usr_domain

vdump to another partition is possible. The consensus was to send it
to at least another disk, not just another partition of the same disk.

        vdump -0f - /usr | vrestore -xf - -D /temp/space

I apologize if this isn't a typical summary. I've never had the
problem resolve itself before... too bad it doesn't happen a little
more often. Also, many many thanks to the roughly two dozen people that
gave suggestions. It was and is very much appreciated.
