firmware for 433/500/600au no longer on web?

Hello fellow admin,

The firmware for PersonalWorkstations 433/500/600au seems to be no longer
on Digital's web site? For example,

        http://www.workstation.digital.com/firmware.html
then, http://www.workstation.digital.com/drivers/as/driveras.html

has no reference to the 'au' series?

In the meantime, I wish to upgrade the DUV4.0C to DUV4.0E on a 433au? I
have Firmware V6.7 on disk for PersonalWorkstations? Is this high enough?
