i am looking for a finger client that on DU4.0e and c2 security that will
provide information on when the last time the mail was read, when the last
piece of mail arrived, and if they have the mail forwarded or not.
the finger program on solaris, freebsd, linux all do this.
here is a example out put from solaris:
# finger nate
Login name: nate In real life: Nathan Laero
Directory: /export/home/nate Shell: /usr/local/bin/zsh
Last login Thu Dec 10, 1998 on 40 from pm008.kiski.net
No unread mail
No Plan.
the line that says no unread mail would say the last time they read the
mail and the last received message if they had mail.
also a .forward file would be listed if there was one.
