: SUMMARY: update nowrap in vi

I was ready to let it die. I figured I would only loose a couple of
nights sleep letting it bug me, then it would be over..., but no you
guys wont let me!

I thought you hit it Stephen. When I do a ":set wm" I can see
"wrapmargin=0" so tend to go with you here that vi is playing by the
rules.

I looked at my xterm and sure enough it was set to autowrap as it is
on other terminal sessions in which I run vim in and have no problem.
This is not vim under DU however. At any rate, I turned of the xterm
setting and tried everything again, even exported TERM=vt100, to no avail.

Still no solution.

Again, thanks I will live with it.
