Need RAM

I need to increase the memory on 4 AS4000's from 512MB to 4GB.

COMPAQ/Digital has quoted $32,768 for ms332-ga 2GB modules 50 nanosec.
memory.

Does anyone know of a favorite vendor with lower price or a substitute
memory board?
