NSR mount error

Hello!

When I try to inventory a tape it gives this error:

6/16/99 9:33:58 nsrd: media notice: volume "" on device "/dev/nrmt0h":
read 10240 bytes, expected block size of 32768, check system device
configuration, disabli...

I really need to recover a file from this tape, how can I do it?
