We have a third party's OSI stack for use with our application but we can't
get the lower stack to communicate with our FDDI board (or at least there
are no hello messages broadcast to the world). We're waiting on a response
from the vendor as to what we're doing wrong (don't you just love customer
service?). We are wondering if DECnet OSI is needed or any other system
configuration is required for the packets to pass on the LAN. Any help or
suggestions would be welcome.
thanks,
ed
