SUMMARY: allowing > 1GB of VM per process

To increase the per process VM limits, these values need to be adjusted in
/etc/sysconfigtab and then reboot the machine.

vm:
        vm-maxvas

proc:
        max-per-proc-address-space
        per-proc-address-space
        max-per-proc-data-size
        per-proc-data-size
