Hi Managers!
I have a spare Alpha Server 2100 at my disposal, free of applications and
users.
It is currently running v3.2g with 1 disk drive containing /(root) and /usr
partitions.
I need to get some y2k testing done for one of our applications and
therefore want to get this system up to at least v4.0D, possibly v4.0F
since I have that release in hand.
Which would be better in the interest of ease: upgrade through several
versions or wipe the slate clean and do a fresh install?
Your comments/suggestions are extremely welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Steve
