Patch 0082.00 - Fix for vdump Command
This patch fixes a problem with the vdump command, which was modifying the
atime file attribute whenever files were backed up, thereby eliminating the
ability to determine when the files were last accessed by a user.

This patch corrects the problem for local filesystems but adds a new problem
for NFS filesystems. Dumping with: vdump … -D /NFS_mounted_directory we get
messages like this:
vdump: can't reset atime for <./…>; [22] Invalid argument
The dump content is correct but the atime of dumped files are the time of
the dump and vdump terminates with exit code 1.
