wrong shlib version, osf.1, xpg4

Hi managers!

Anyone seen this before:

12145:/local/bin/less: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: object libcurses.so from liblist in /local/bin/less has version "osf.1", which does not match the found object: /usr/shlib/libcurses.so (with version "xpg4")

Happens on a 4.0E (V4.0 1091), binary was compiled on 4.0D and runs flawless
on other 4.0E systems. So what am I missing here ?
