DECUS followup

The enhanced security related "goodies" I promised at the
developers' Q&A session in Providence are not all nicely packaged
up yet, but I'm going to be out of the country for a while. So,
I've put a bunch of the stuff up for interested parties to
examine at <URL:http://www.ultranet.com/~spiderb/sec/>. The list
is mostly pretty crude, since that ISP (ultranet) defaults almost
everything to text/html. Thus, source files are named things like
"setexp.c.txt" so that they'll transfer as text/plain.

If you want a polished distribution, you'll have to wait at least
another month. If you can live with a directory listing and a
"00readme.txt" file, feel free to take a look now.
