Hello sysadmins,

over the last night we had to shutdown our alpha 2000 4/233 running
Dunix 3.2c.
As i booted it this morning it crashed and dumped.
First we thought it was the network card, cause without it or without a
cable connected
to the card the server booted.
But during some tests, as we waited for the new card, i found out, that
the nfs crashes the system.
Now i can boot the system without starting nfs and nfsmount (i removed
the S*nfs and S*nfsmount
links out of the rc3.d directory) and it runs. But i need the machine as
an nfs server.
So, what to do. It is possible only to install nfs ????
Any other comments ?

Thanx in advance

Jochen
