The answer seemed to be a little to clear and simple. Seems I was
looking for a more complicated answer.
All I needed to do is lock the oracle account password. This would force the
DBA's to login as them selves then run sudo su - oracle
Seems so simple now that I see it in black and white although when I searched
the archives there seemed to be quite a few people that have had the same
question with the same train of thought as I had in the beginning, but I could
not find a SUMMARIES for any of them. Hummm!!
