makedbm limitation with large NIS maps

Hello.

Today I have added a new host in a netgroup entry and now I am unable to
update NIS maps. When I type 'cd /var/yp; make' I have the following message:
problem storing unixnetgroup (host1,,) (host2,,.) ...

This seems to be a limitation of makedbm. The man pages explains that running
makedbm with '-a b' (b for btree) could solve the problem.

I have Solaris Slaves and clients. Does NIS maps in btree format are
supported by SUN ? Which other solution I could use ?

Thanks in advance.

Christophe.
